Welcome to the Olive Publishers! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including book writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, design, and marketing. You agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms using our website and services.

Services Provided

Olive Publishers offers a wide range of professional services to help authors in the creation and promotion of their books, including:

• Book Writing & Ghostwriting: Professional writing services to help you bring your ideas to life, from conceptualization to the final manuscript.
• Editing & Proofreading: Comprehensive editing services, including structural, copy, and proof editing, to ensure your manuscript is polished and ready for publication.
• Book Formatting & Design: Formatting services for e-books and print books, custom book cover design, and interior layout services.
• Book Marketing & Promotion: Strategies to help promote your book, including online marketing, social media strategies, email campaigns, and more.

Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the specified fee for the service selected. Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment for our services, you will retain the full ownership and copyright of your book, manuscript, and associated materials. Olive Publishers grants you a license to use any content provided, including design materials and manuscripts, solely for your book's promotion and publication.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to complete the work. Any delays caused by the client, including missing information or late feedback, may impact the delivery timeline. Olive Publishers is not responsible for errors in the final product caused by inaccuracies or incomplete details provided by the client.

Revisions and Feedback

We offer a set number of revisions for each service, which will be outlined in your service agreement. Any revisions requested after the initial rounds will be subject to additional charges. You are encouraged to provide detailed feedback to ensure we meet your expectations.

Confidentiality

Olive Publishers values your privacy. We agree to keep all information shared during the project confidential, including any personal data, manuscript content, and ideas. We will not share or disclose any materials to third parties without your prior consent except as required by law.

Delivery Times

We strive to deliver all services promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the project and feedback delays. We will notify you of any significant delays and work with you to meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

While we try to provide high-quality services, Olive Publishers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services, including errors, delays, or failure to meet client expectations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as book sales or marketing success.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. A refund may be considered only if agreed services have not been delivered as outlined in your order. Refunds are not available if:

• Work has been in production for more than 30 days and deliverables have been shared.
• The client has requested revisions or approved delivered work.
• The client changes their mind after work has started.
• Backend or admin access to a completed website has already been provided.

Refund requests must be made before approval of any deliverables. The client can ask for a refund within the first two weeks in case the work has not started and the resources are not allocated. Once a project is delivered, completed then the client is not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Once the Client has purchased and authorized a service, Olive Publishers may immediately begin project planning, preparation, coordination, and other service-related activities.

Change of Mind — No Refund

No refund will be issued solely due to a change of mind, change of preference, personal decision, or decision by the Client not to continue with the purchased service.

Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once project-related work, preparation, coordination, or service fulfillment has commenced, cancellation by the Client does not automatically qualify the Client for a refund.

Cancellation Request

Any cancellation request must be submitted directly to Olive Publishers through an official communication channel. A cancellation request does not guarantee a refund.

Work Already Performed

If the Company has already completed or commenced any portion of the purchased service, the Client remains responsible for the applicable charges associated with the work, preparation, resources, and services already provided.

Client Delays or Non-Response

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information, materials, approvals, feedback, or timely communication will not be considered grounds for a refund.

Service Scope

Cancellation or withdrawal from one portion of a purchased package does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund for the entire package or transaction.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are requested to contact Olive Publishers directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the Company has an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Policy Acceptance

By authorizing payment and proceeding with the purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Termination of Services

Olive Publishers reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any terms of this agreement or engages in unethical behavior. In such cases, the client will be charged for any completed work until termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Olive Publishers harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to content infringement, copyright issues, or any other legal matters related to your book.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Olive Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions anytime. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

The laws of the United States govern these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
